  • Assist with AI risk assessments and governance reviews.
  • Maintain AI governance documentation and evidence.
  • Track governance actions, issues and remediation activities through to completion.
  • Support internal audits, reviews and compliance checks.
  • Assist with monitoring emerging AI regulations, standards and guidance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of AI policies, procedures and guidance.
  • Assist with the assessment and documentation of AI-related risks, including privacy, fairness, transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate information and documentation between technology, compliance, risk and business teams.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and governance documentation for management.
  • Maintain governance registers and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support responsible-AI awareness and training initiatives.
  • Assist with third-party and supplier AI governance activities where required.
  • Escalate potential governance, compliance or risk issues appropriately.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI governance processes.
About You

This role would suit someone who is organised, analytical and interested in how artificial intelligence is changing businesses and society.

You may be a recent graduate, an early-career professional or someone looking to move into AI governance from administration, compliance, risk, technology, operations or another related field.

Essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to research and understand new information.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Previous experience in administration, compliance, risk, audit, governance or technology.
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining registers or supporting internal processes.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, law, technology, computing, social sciences or a related discipline.
No Previous AI Governance Experience Required

Previous employment in AI governance is not required.

We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate a genuine understanding of AI governance and responsible AI through education, professional development, previous work, projects or other verifiable experience.
