- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without permission

4. Our Services
Data Centre Recruit provides recruitment services connecting Clients with Candidates across the data centre and critical infrastructure sector, including permanent, contract, and executive search placements.
Vacancies listed on the Site may be withdrawn, amended or filled at any time without notice.
Specific terms governing the recruitment relationship are set out separately in our:
- Client Terms of Business (for organisations engaging our services to source candidates)
- Candidate Terms of Business (for individuals registering with us for employment opportunities)
These separate terms take precedence over this Site-wide policy in the event of any conflict regarding the recruitment relationship itself.
5. Registration and Accounts
Where the Site allows registration (e.g. candidate profile creation, CV submission), you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to refuse registration or remove any account at our discretion, including where information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
6. Candidate Submissions
By submitting a CV, application, or profile information, you confirm that:
- The information provided is accurate and not misleading
- You have the right to work in the location(s) you are applying for, or will confirm this if requested
- You consent to your information being shared with relevant Clients for the purpose of considering you for suitable vacancies
Registration with Data Centre Recruit does not create any contract of employment between the Candidate and Data Centre Recruit, and we do not guarantee that submitting a CV or registering will result in an interview, introduction, or offer of employment.
Candidates are responsible for verifying their own visa/right-to-work status, qualifications, licences and professional registrations before accepting any offer of employment.
7. Client Vacancy Submissions
By submitting a vacancy to Data Centre Recruit, Clients confirm that:
- The vacancy is genuine and they have the authority to recruit for the role
- Information provided about the role, salary, and requirements is accurate
- They will notify us promptly if a vacancy is filled, withdrawn, or amended
Clients remain solely responsible for interviewing candidates, checking references, verifying right-to-work status and qualifications, and carrying out DBS or other background checks where applicable.
Fee structures, payment terms, and rebate/replacement provisions are governed by our separate Client Terms of Business, agreed prior to any introduction of candidates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Data Centre Recruit name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Data Centre Recruit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
Client names and logos referenced on the Site are used with the express permission of the relevant Client.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your data — including candidate CVs, application data, and client contact information — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the Site may be treated as confidential where appropriate, subject to our Privacy Policy and our recruitment obligations to third parties.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. client career pages, job boards). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

We do not independently verify every statement made by Candidates or Clients, and we accept no responsibility for decisions made by any party in reliance on information supplied by a Candidate or Client, including hiring decisions made by employers or employment decisions made by candidates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Centre Recruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity, nor for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or system outages, cyber attacks, acts of God, strikes, or governmental action.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
Failure or delay by Data Centre Recruit in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
20. Governing Law
